Rooftops to Rivers: Green Strategies for Controlling Stormwater and Combined Sewer Overflows

The US EPA, in partnership with various national organizations that focus on watershed and water quality work, has undertaken a major initiative focused on using “green infrastructure” to manage stormwater—and Pennsylvania was the site of the signing of the Statement of Intent amongst collaborating organizations.
