Pennsylvania Environmental Council Urges Prompt Consideration of Stormwater Legislation. Details on PEC’s dialogue with stakeholder groups and public polling results are available here. The legislation would update and expand the stormwater planning requirements for counties across the Commonwealth: Senate Bill 524.
